Super Comp Rewards Program Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 20, 2024
Welcome to the Super Comp USA Rewards Program ("Program"), operated by Future Comp LLC dba Super Comp USA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating, you agree to the following terms.
1. Program Overview
The Program is a voluntary incentive program designed to reward eligible participants for promoting and selling Super Comp USA products. Participants may earn points for qualifying activities, which may be redeemed for rewards at the Company's discretion.
Points are promotional in nature and do not represent wages, commissions, or guaranteed compensation.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to:
- Authorized Super Comp USA dealers and their employees
- Individuals approved by the Company
All participants must be in good standing. The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove participants at any time.
3. Earning Points
Points may be awarded for qualifying sales or actions as determined by the Company.
To qualify:
- Submissions must be accurate and complete
- Sales must include eligible products
- Proof of sale (receipt, invoice, or equivalent) may be required
- Submissions must be made within the required timeframe
The Company may:
- Approve or reject submissions at its sole discretion
- Request additional verification
- Audit submissions at any time
Repeated invalid or suspicious submissions may result in:
- Point forfeiture
- Account suspension or termination
4. Points and Value
Points:
- Have no cash value until approved and redeemed
- Are non-transferable
- Are not property and may be revoked at any time
Earning points does not guarantee redemption or payment.
5. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards offered within the Program.
The Company:
- Determines redemption values
- May change or remove rewards at any time
- May delay or deny redemption requests for any reason
Payout timing is not guaranteed and may be subject to review, verification, and processing delays.
6. Expiration and Forfeiture
Points may expire at any time based on Program rules.
Points may be forfeited if:
- The account is inactive
- The participant leaves the dealership
- The Program is modified or terminated
7. Program Changes or Termination
The Company may:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program
- Change earning structures or rewards
- Remove participants
This may occur at any time, with or without notice.
8. Account Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Securing their account
Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination.
9. Independent Relationship
Participation does not create:
- Employment
- Partnership
- Agency relationship
Participants are independent and responsible for their own actions.
10. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations.
The Company may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099) if required by law.
11. Fraud and Abuse
The following are prohibited:
- Falsified receipts or submissions
- Duplicate claims
- Manipulation of the Program
The Company may:
- Revoke points
- Terminate accounts
- Pursue legal action
12. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Lost or expired points
- Denied rewards
- Program changes or termination
Participation is at your own risk.
13. Privacy
By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your information for:
- Program administration
- Verification
- Communication
We do not sell your data.
14. Disputes
Disputes must be submitted in writing to:

15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
